Control of one of the UK’s leading sportswear and equipment manufacturers has successfully changed following completion of a management buy out, in a deal put together and advised on by leading players in the South Yorkshire professional services community.
Managing Director of Samurai International Sportswear, Terry Sands, who founded the Samurai brand in 1996 prior to almagation with Marquesman Sports Services in 2002, has bought out the two thirds of the company not already owned, supported by Sales Director Richard Brand and Finance Director, Chris Lawrence.
