Successful Exit for Lloyds Broker

The Castle Square Corporate Finance Team (operating under the brand of sister company TPD Corporate Finance) led negotiations in the sale of the Wolverhampton division of Paul Napier Limited to the Sheffield Burley Group

Kevan Shaw, Director, led the Castle Square Corporate Finance team in negotiations leading to City based Lloyds Insurance Broker, Paul Napier Limited, exiting it’s none core Wolverhampton business.

The business was acquired by Sheffield based Insurance and Financial Services company, The Burley Group, which specialise in providing commercial insurance advice, solutions and broking services to corporate clients.

The transaction involved the Castle Square team identifying and approaching potential acquirers, leading to the successful exit of the business.

Paul Napier is an independent City of London fully accredited Lloyds insurance broker, specialising in professional indemnity, Directors and officers, Marine and Hull liability, personal and commercial lines and binding authority schemes

The Wolverhampton division provided commercial combined insurances policies to businesses ranging from SME’s to PLC’s in the Midlands area and operated independently of the London based Lloyds business operated by Paul Napier Limited.
