Kevan Shaw

Kevan created Castle Square Corporate Finance in October 2009, having previously spent five years as a partner at Strategic Corporate Finance, progressing it from a sole trader to being one of the leading independent Corporate Finance Boutique operations operating in the mid market deal space, and on the back of this success winning industry awards.

During Kevan’s five years with Strategic he acted as lead advisor on 43 completed transactions and Development Capital Fundraisings, out of the 58 completed by the firm, including 8 private equity deals.

Kevan is a highly experienced dealmaker and has an enviable track record of successfully completing deals.

Prior to joining Strategic, Kevan started a Corporate Finance function at one of the region’s largest accountancy practices and built his specialist team to be one of the largest in South Yorkshire.

Lisa Ritson

Lisa joined Castle Square Corporate Finance in October 2009 from Strategic Corporate Finance, where she spent four years gaining significant transaction experience working on a broad range of deals involving MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals.

After obtaining her degree in 2002 Lisa began her career with a Big Four accountancy firm and has since concentrated on developing her dealmaking and project management skills and has been lead advisor on a number of transactions while with Strategic.

Anna Peysner

Anna has recently joined Castle Square Corporate Finance from KPMG Corporate Finance where she gained significant transaction experience on MBO's, finance raising, company acquisitions and disposals. Anna had a focus laterally on the care home sector and was instrumental in the disposal of some major care home groups, achieving record breaking prices in the sector.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 Anna began her Corporate Finance career with Strategic Corporate Finance and has since concentrated on developing her deal making and project management skills and has been lead advisor on a number of transactions.

Kevin Storm

Kevin is an executive at Castle Square Corporate Finance focusing on  MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals.  Kevin moved to the company in October 2009 having spent five years with Strategic Corporate Finance where he worked on numerous transactions across a range of industries including the engineering, telecoms, shopfitting, food, insurance and motor sectors.  Kevin has undertaken due diligence assignments for clients and funders alike, again across a range of industries.

Kevin previously worked with Kevan Shaw at one of the region’s largest accountancy practices and moved to Strategic as part of Kevan’s team in 2004.

Katie Wing

Katie joined Castle Square Corporate Finance as office manager and PA to Kevan Shaw in October 2009, having spent the previous seven years in a similar role at Strategic Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Strategic Katie worked for a large banking organisation.
